Academic Appointees
Files for academic appointees are maintained of the offices of academic deans or directors, the office of the vice chancellor for Academic Affairs, and the Human Resources Office. Personnel who handle these files have a special responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of letters of recommendation, and nothing should be removed from the files or released without the permission of the appropriate unit head.
Staff Appointees
Individual personnel files are maintained in the Human Resources Office.
