D-25. Residence Life and Housing
IU Southeast’s lodge-style residence halls offer convenient living next to the lake. Each student apartment offers affordable, higher-end amenities, including dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, and private baths. Resident students also enjoy free wireless internet. A host of programs and services are offered to students through the Office of Residence Life and Housing (RLH).
All resident students are bound to the terms and conditions of the Residence Hall Application and Contract they complete when applying to live on campus.
While the primary focus of departmental initiatives is on the academic and personal success of resident students during the academic year, the IU Southeast lodges also provide a quiet, beautiful retreat center for groups during the summer months. Up to 300 guests can spend the night on campus and enjoy the spacious great rooms, fireplaces, large screen TVs, and free internet offered by the department.
