D-16. Non-discrimination Policy
No individual will be denied access to any program, activity, or facility provided by the university on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, marital, veteran status, age, sexual orientation, or disability. Grades, assignments, course privileges, or course requirements shall be free of discrimination among students on the basis of race, sex, religion, national origin, marital, veteran status, age, sexual orientation, or disability.
Faculty are required to make reasonable accommodations for students with disabling conditions. Students who require accommodations must provide appropriate documentation to the coordinator of Disability Services who will detail specific approved accommodations on the Faculty Accommodation Form. Students are encouraged to use the form to discuss their needs with individual faculty members as early as possible.
