Current New Albany police officer and/or the children of current or retired members of the New Albany Police Department, FOP Lodge 99. Financial need considered, as measured by the FAFSA, but not determining factor. Requires verification of parent's employment with New Albany Police Department. Renewable if student remains in good academic standing.
