Benjamin A. Gilman International Scholarship
Applicant must be a U.S. citizen; an undergraduate student enrolled at a two or four-year institution; receiving Federal PELL Grant during academic term of his/her application, applying to or accepted for a program of study abroad eligible for undergraduate for credit by student's accredited institution of higher education in the U.S., studying abroad for at least four (4) weeks in one country, except Cuba or countries on the Travel Warning list. Summer programs are not eligible.
