Master of Science in Education, Secondary Major

Applicants to master's programs may schedule an informational advising session with the program coordinator in their area of interest or with Graduate Director Dr. Donna Albrecht at dalbrec@ius.edu or (812) 941-2594. Advising is available by phone, by videoconference, or in person.

Please note the M.S.Ed. does not lead to an initial teaching license. This program is designed for teachers who already have a valid teaching license. For a graduate program that leads to an initial teaching license, please see the following alternative certification graduate programs:

Coursework from any of the alternative licensing programs above can also lead to an M.S.Ed. degree.
