Indiana Licensing Renewal Requirements
The IU Southeast School of Education offers the following programs for teachers to renew and/or enhance their license through additional coursework. Courses may be taken that will fulfill both Indiana and Kentucky requirements for license renewal.
Non-Degree Status (license renewal)
Non-degree status is available for individuals seeking 6 graduate credit hours for license renewal. In addition, candidates seeking graduate program admission can enroll as non-degree-seeking students, taking up to 6 graduate credit hours while completing applications for full admission to a graduate or licensure program.
Courses used for license renewal must have been earned after the issue date of the license you are trying to renew.
Required Documents
Valid CPR card from IDOE approved provider.
Once the application is submitted and payment is made, the application will route to Indiana University Southeast where your program was completed for approval.
