Do I need counseling?
Counseling is recommended if you are experiencing difficulties with your emotions, thoughts, and/or behaviors that are interfering with your day-to-day functioning. This could look like many different things, ranging from excessive stress and relationship difficulties to intense feelings of worthlessness and thoughts of suicide. Counseling can be helpful for a wide range of concerns to help decrease the specific distress you are experiencing.
