This includes working with third parties in fundraising activities.
IU Southeast reserves the right to question the legitimacy of any and all information requests.
IU Southeast reserves the right to refuse the request of any department, student organization, or other IU Southeast related organization or group if the need for the information is not found to be valid.
IU Southeast will take immediate action against any and all parties where information is disclosed to a third party, which is a violation of the FERPA guidelines and of this data request release form.
Any affiliated department, student organization, or other IU Southeast related organization or group may also immediately lose their data request rights. As FERPA is a federal law, such violations may also result in prosecution by federal or state authorities.
