The award-winning staff in the IU Southeast Office of Marketing and Communications offers strategic communication planning and marketing services for schools, departments, and offices across campus to support student recruitment and retention. The office reports to the Vice Chancellor for University Relations under the guidance of the Chancellor.
The office coordinates all advertising and marketing efforts, as well as the official social media channels for the university, and partners with UITS to provide content for the university’s website. We also promote the university through the media, sending a unified message that supports our IU 2030 Strategic Plan, focusing strongly on attracting and retaining students and supporting their success.
