Because the IU Southeast Police Department will be busy tending to any large-scale emergency that occurs, you should avoid calling them directly unless absolutely necessary. IU Notify is used to announce and provide guidance in an emergency or critical incident and to communicate relevant informational updates to students and employees. If students would like parents or other individual to receive IU Notify messages, their phone number and email address can be added into the student’s profile.
