A Message from the Office of the Chancellor

Preparing our campus, protecting you

IU Southeast will uphold its mission to educate all students in a safe and protected environment.

In the event of an emergency, our campus administration will stay in contact with appropriate local, state, and federal agencies to ensure we have the most up-to-date information to pass on to the campus. We want all students, faculty, and staff to feel secure at IU Southeast.

University Police are on duty 24 hours a day and can be reached at ext. 2400 from any campus phone. For those who may feel overwhelmed or need to talk to someone regarding any concerns, counseling services are available free of charge to staff and students. Please feel free to contact Dr. Michael Day in the Counseling and Psychological Services office, located in University Center South at (812) 941-2244 between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Vice Chancellor for Student Affairs, may also be contacted at (812) 941-2420 for further recommendations.
