Our program serves the needs of working adults with courses offered on the campus of IU Southeast in New Albany and at the IU Southeast Graduate Center in Jeffersonville, just across the bridge from downtown Louisville. The courses are also delivered in a variety of formats, including in-class, online, blended, and accelerated.

The Master of Science in Management program is designed to provide students who have completed a bachelor's degree with the knowledge, values, and skills necessary to perform leadership roles in the management of people, resources, and technology.

The 12-month M.S. in Management program pairs nicely with an undergraduate degree in a non-business field, enabling you to earn a Master's degree to increase your marketability in the workforce.

Once admitted to the program, students can earn the M.S. in Management degree by completing 30 credit hours of coursework. This should include 21 credit hours of Management Core courses and 9 credit hours in one of the two tracks.
