Timeline
We recommend that all catering orders be placed at least three weeks in advance to thoughtfully plan for the event. All campus groups must complete and submit a hospitality form at the time of placing a catering order. Orders requested within this time may be accommodated but may have a limited menu to make selections for the event. Weekend orders will have a minimum order for catering and may incur an additional fee for events outside the universities normal operating hours.
A final guarantee number will be required a minimum of 5 business days from the event date. After that date, the number may be increased (up to 10%), but cannot be decreased. If a final guarantee number is not provided, the estimated attendance number will be used.
