Complete your prevention training requirements

All new IU Southeast students are required to participate in brief and meaningful online education about sexual assault and violence prevention, as well as education about alcohol safety. These mandatory courses (through software called Vector Solutions) help students make better decisions, assist peers when appropriate, and be safer in their learning environment.

If you are enrolled by July 31st, you have until September 15th to complete these courses; if you enroll after July 31st, you will have 45 days from your enrollment to complete them. You will need a minimum score of 70% or higher on each module to pass. Later this semester, you will be asked to complete brief surveys on each course to provide feedback, as well.

Follow these easy steps to complete your Indiana University prevention training requirements:

  1. Using your web browser, go to the Vector LMS, Higher Education Student Edition website for Indiana University, or you may also gain access through One.IU by searching for "Vector."
  2. If needed, enter your IU username/passphrase and Duo authenticate in.

Once you log in, you will see a complete Vector LMS, Higher Education Student Edition training plan (standardized list of assigned courses) along with your coursework status.

Please contact Seuth Chaleunphonh by email at schaleun@iu.edu if you will not be able to meet this deadline (You do not need to email your certificate to IU Southeast.)

Note: If you need technical support, email support.education@vectorsolutions.com or go to the Vector Solutions support webpage.

Please add support.education@vectorsolutions.com to your list of approved senders to make sure the follow-up email reaches you.
