Academic Support
Students are considered to be in good academic standing who have a 2.0 program GPA or higher. Academic supports are available for students needing assistance in math, introductory science courses, foreign language, and writing. The Student Development Center also provides tutoring for most 100- and 200-level courses Academic accommodations and other services are provided on an individual basis through Disability Services. Students are expected to partner with their academic advisor to know program, curriculum, and graduation requirements as well as university policies and procedures.

Adult Student Center
The Adult Student Center (ASC) is committed to assisting adult students as they pursue their educational goals and persist to graduation. The ASC serves single parents, veterans, international students, those who are 24 years or older, those returning to college after an interruption in their education, those who carry significant family and work obligations, and those who self-identify as being a non-traditional student. It is the perfect place for non-traditional students to meet, study, and socialize. The lounge features 12 computers, a printer, a scanner, a microwave, a refrigerator, a Veterans resource center, a coffee maker and local phone service. The center offers a variety of programs, workshops and services designed to ease the busy and oftentimes anxious adult student's transition to college life

We offer on-campus volunteer opportunities as well as service projects in the local community and nationwide. We can help you find something to match your interests.
Medical Insurance
Indiana University sponsors health insurance plans for its students. Complete information about eligibility, coverage, and enrollment requirements are available at Student Health Insurance. This information includes plan coverage booklets and premiums rates.
