In this course we will start the weekend off right with a full Hatha Yoga class designed for all students. We will explore and elaborate on the basics to help build foundation, and then we'll explore where the basics lead. You can start from wherever you are and enjoy learning more about what you are capable of. Everyone will leave this class with a healthier posture awareness, and the "knowhow" to help you continue your yoga journey.
