About the course
This session will cover the introduction level of Lionflow Yoga. This style was originally developed as a Kung-fu warm up, and the levels of class are tailored to help students grow from the ground up. No experience necessary. All levels are welcome.

- Yoga mat
- Bottled water
- Comfortable clothes, easy to move & stretch in
- No loose leg shorts or plunging necklines
- Notebook & pen/pencil
About the instructor
Glenn Brown
Glenn has been practicing yoga and kung-fu since 1998, and has been teaching yoga, kung-fu, and tai chi classes at IU Southeast since 2016. He is also the owner of Array Yoga Studio/Lionflow Yoga HQ, and works with many local businesses and studios local and abroad. He is also the 2018 National Yoga Champion and placed 4th in the International Yoga Championship the same year. He is now on the USA Yoga Board of Directors and is chair of their Championship Event Planning Committee.
