Associate of Arts in General Studies (AAGS) Degree
The State of Indiana precludes four-year institutions from offering associate’s degrees, which are now the domain of two-year colleges. But if you started an associate’s degree at IU Southeast, stopped out prior to 2016 before its completion, and have just 14 or fewer hours to go, you may now return to finish it.
Consequently, if you are in that position regarding the Associate of Arts in General Studies Degree, please contact our advisor, Mr. Greg Roberts. Call for apt: (812) 941-2342. He will assist you to determine the courses you need, when they scheduled, and how they are delivered (online or face to face). We have added a number of courses to online and/or evening options to make it easier for adults to balance responsibilities for family and work with attaining a degree.
