Office of Administrative Affairs
The interim vice chancellor for Administrative Affairs is the chief financial and business officer and reports directly to the Chancellor. The interim vice chancellor establishes policies and procedures affecting long-range institutional plans and projects and oversees a group of support operations that include:
- Accounting Services
- Bookstore
- Dining & Conference Services
- Human Resources
- Paul W. Ogle Cultural & Community Center
- Facility Operations
- University Police
The Office of the interim vice chancellor exercises executive and administrative direction over:
- Financial and selected administrative operational programs
- Development and monitoring of budgets
- Coordination of and planning for capital construction, repairs, and renovations
- Management of land acquisitions
- Operation and maintenance of facilities, grounds, and other aspects of the campus infrastructure
- Space utilization
- Campus policies and procedures
