Biography
Dr. Ronald Finkbine has over twenty-five years of college teaching experience at the graduate and undergraduate level in courses including operating systems, data structures, database, networks, software quality, simulations, architecture, artificial intelligence and history of science. His current research interests include proof-carrying code, software test-suite strength, software correctness, re-factoring of legacy software, and software testing. He has developed several compilers and a large integrated compiler/expert system/database for legacy program understanding, maintenance and design recovery. His industry experience includes scientific (hard-real time) and MIS programming for the US Air Force. He received the Ph.D. degree from the New Mexico Institute of Mining and Technology, New Mexico, USA.
