Biography
Dr. Alexandra Sousa is an Assistant Professor of Organizational Communication. She received her Ph.D. from Texas A&M University, and her research interests include exploring communication processes that occur within higher education about diversity and inclusion, issues of conflict management, and facilitating effective dialogue about difficult topics.
She is teaching courses in organizational communication, communication theory, crisis management, conflict resolution, leadership, and research methods.
