Based on the Zen tradition, each Sitting Meditation Group class will consist of two twenty-minute periods of sitting meditation, plus a talk by the teacher and group discussion. This class is for those who want to deepen their current practice and develop an individualized, disciplined meditation routine that can be integrated into their daily lives. Each 75-minute class will be a group meditation experience for folks who have some experience with meditating.
