This class will focus on the Classical Hatha Yoga approach to home practice. One short home practice series will be the focus of all seven sessions. The yoga series uses a time-tested method with poses good for modern afflictions, helping the students promote health and longevity by building new strengths and untying old knots. Over the seven sessions the details of each yoga pose in the series will be broken down for the students.
This class will focus on balance, strength, and flexibility all while releasing unwanted stress and tension.
