The Crimson Workforce Champions program recognizes businesses and community partners that support IU Southeast students through engagement, opportunity, and investment.
The Crimson Workforce Champions program consists of four levels, including the highest tier, Crimson Champion, followed by Crimson Connector, Crimson Collaborator, and Crimson Supporter. To achieve the top-tier Crimson Champion level, an employer must demonstrate support of tuition benefits and internships as well as participate in sponsorships and engagement opportunities. Crimson Connectors include those who support tuition benefits, sponsorships, and internships. The lower tiers include the Crimson Collaborators, who engage in sponsorship and engagement opportunities, whereas the Crimson Supporters participate solely on the engagement level.
