Various student clubs and organizations, campus committees, academic units, and administrative offices offer a wide range of involvement opportunities designed to enhance the out-of-class experience of students at Indiana University Southeast. Programs scheduled throughout the year include concerts, theatre, dance and musical performances, workshops, service opportunities, banquets, movies, dances, and speakers. Information regarding specific activities, questions about establishing new organizations, or assistance in planning for future activities may be obtained from the Campus Life office or website.

The Student Program Council (SPC) is a student-run organization whose primary purpose is to provide social, cultural, educational, and recreational activities for IU Southeast students. These activities are financed through student activity fees along with income from various events.

Other opportunities for student involvement include academic, athletic, political, performance, leadership, religious, governance, fraternities, sororities, honor societies, and special interest groups. A complete list of student clubs and organizations available can be found on the Campus Life involvement website.

The Campus Life office coordinates these involvement opportunities and approves electronic postings on the master calendar of activities, accessible through the university homepage.
